Nature of the Resource

This is an independent reference with no government role. It stores no official custody, court, or release records. It cannot confirm custody, order release, post bail, or file a request for a user.

Its purpose is to organize links and explanations for Bucks County jail and release records, Pennsylvania corrections resources, and outside research tools. An outbound service operates under its own terms.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors agree to use the site lawfully and without harming people, systems, or service availability.

• Do not violate any law through use of the site.
• Do not use information to stalk, threaten, or harass.
• Do not use content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
• Do not deploy bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
• Do not interfere with another visitor's use of the service.

No Consumer Reports

Bucks County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not create background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Neither the site nor an advertising partner supplies a screening service. Users agree not to rely on site or linked information for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision
• Tenant selection or any housing decision
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
• License, permit, or government-program eligibility
• Any other decision regulated by the FCRA

Outside Links and Services

Links may lead to official release records, county corrections pages, government portals, legal-aid material, or outside search providers. A link is not an endorsement. This site is not responsible for the destination's content, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability. Review the destination's own terms before using it.

Service Without Warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” No promise is made that:

• Information is complete, accurate, or current
• Access will always be uninterrupted
• The service will be free of errors, bugs, or security weaknesses
• A partner search will return every relevant record

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from Bucks County or any government agency.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from access, use, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an outside service.

User Indemnification

These terms may be revised at any time. A new version becomes effective when it is posted on this page. Continued use after posting means acceptance of the revised terms.

Access May Be Ended

Access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked at any time and for any reason, including misuse or risk to the service, without advance notice.

Pennsylvania Governing Law

These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Pennsylvania.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it lawful and enforceable.
